Note that certain firearm transaction records (e.g., ATF Form 4473, Acquisition and Disposition logs) are maintained separately in accordance with strict federal mandates and are not governed solely by this Notice.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites not controlled by HTA. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing any information.

We do **not** collect precise real-time geolocation data unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., for shipping).

Our SMS service is strictly for customers who voluntarily provide a text-enabled phone number. It is used **only** to:
– Send tracking information upon request
– Facilitate RMA support (e.g., receiving photos)
